    This was announced a couple days ago. If you have not yet signed up in the form I would suggest doing so to make everything easier. The serial# needed to sign on is located on the back of the box it came in.

    Good on them for stepping up like that and taking care of those that purchased the first run of a new technology for the company. Hopefully they got it right for round 2.

    I quickly scanned the Cerebra forums and didn't see where they talked about how they would be doing this? Was there a separate link that I am missing that we need to validate our addresses/etc? Maybe that is coming out later, but I would assume they would want to have everyone verify something before shipping around a ton of these things.

    Nevermind. Apparently I just needed to read further into the topic. It looks like they will be reaching out to people at some point and some sort of RMA process will have to be followed to get the new one. I hope it is something like "Send us a picture of you taking a hammer to your old unit or dropping it into your polluted tank due to your dosers sticking on" :D

    Got registered on their forum but I can't access anything - not authorized. Either they need to manually activate registrations or it's a vBulletin 5 issue, of which there are a crapload

    They have to manually activate your account. I was approved the day after I signed up.
