So I was able to pick up my very first chalice frag today (Thanks Zach) but I am unsure of the requirements for keeping this coral. Its is a Hollywood Stunner Chalice, about 1/2" in size, I have it sitting on my sand bed in my 75gallon aquarium. I utilize T-5 lighting for the tank and I wanted to make sure that i have it placed in the proper spot. Do I need to feed it like my other LPS corals? Where is the best place for it to be placed for it to grow fastest and show best corals? Any information anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Evan

I would move it to mid night in your tank and you don't need to feed it it will grow with just good lighting

Well, all that sounds good. I think I will keep my chalice on the sandbed for a while and then move it up somewhere about mid height after it settles for a bit and see what happens then. I will keep everyone posted on how it does. Thanks for all the advice!

That kind of chalice is easy to frag cause it pretty fragile so just cut it with either a dremal or bone cutters

ok, sounds easy enough. I will let you know when mine is ready to be fragged but I am pretty sure others have pieces that will need to be fragged way before mine. Thanks Ninja!
