check this led fixture out

Ya a lot of people are getting these fixtures. There is actually a group buy for them on nano-reef.com right now.

I've heard good things about this one, and it's based in Ames, Iowa

 

Only thing is, is that some of the Maxspect fixtures come in 220W China style plugs which, you just need a 20$ adapter. Another thing is these LEDs are not CREE led, so reliablitly is not really tested compared to another trusted brand of LEDS. They say there will be another fixture with CREEs coming out soon, but almost 1/4 price increase. A DIY fixture is becoming more simple for everyday people to build, so I would look into a DIY fixture.

 

Actually the Maxspect fixture can be purchased with 110 now.

 

Yea, but the earlier models were only 220w, wasn't till recently they did the 110w models. Just a question to ask the ebay seller if you buy it from them.

 

Hey Matt I assume you mean 220 Volt and 110 Volt?? Or do you actually mean Watts??
