City under profile name on posts

Mine shows up as 'Private' even though I have the radio button set to 'Public' in my profile. So is there still a second location at which to set this setting? I'm talking about the city that shows up under your name on every post. Some people have it showing so what is the new secret method?

 

Ok, so why would it show up when you set it to Members Only but not when you set it to public? That's odd - I would think that members only is a subset of public, rather than an excluded set. Just like friends would be a subset of members.
