I have a pump that may have been in exposure to ich or a parasite. I want to use it on a healthy tank. Is their anything i can use to clean it to make sure i dont transfer any disease to the other tank.

I've never had to deal with that but, I would think you'd be ok to just let it completely dry out to kill anything. You could also use a mild bleach solution and let it dry for 24 hours.

+2 to the mild bleach soloution. I do this to clean micron filters all the time. Just use about a 10 to 1 ratio soak for a few hours then rinse well and leave to dry. As it dryes any bleach left will dissapate. I always rinse again just to be sure.
