cloudy water???

    got home from work today and my tank water is so cloudy you can barley see the other side of the tank . anyone have any ideas?? fish and corals all look good thanks in advanvce for any help

    Need a lil more info. Is it a newly cycled tank or has it been established? What kind of reactors/media do you run?

    perhaps some sort of spawning event

    its a 250g with a 75g trickle filter full of rubble running it half full and a 40g wet/dry with a built in skimmer also half full tanks been up and running a couple months all was transfered from a 125 and ive had no issues what so ever im just running carbon in bags in the sump and zeolite in bags also and dosing a&b i did have a new fish die a couple days ago and is no where to be seen and also got a couple new corals yesterday anyways i just got done doing a 150g water change hopefully that helps

    I had some cloudy water a bit ago when I had a fish die in my overflow. I think I ended up getting an bacteria bloom. I added some "Chemi pure" time stuff and the water cleared up after a bit.
