Club meeting topics

I was getting ready to type up a Wiki article about lighting and realized that I don't know nearly as much about lighting as I thought that I did and that I could really use a lesson from the experts in the club.
Earlier this year, we had a list of topics that we could cover at monthly meetings.  Things like lights, DIY acrylic stuff, skimmers, DIY food, etc.  I know that there has been recent talk about doing a DIY food meeting (which I am *really* looking forward to) but what about the rest of the topics?  Can we get these sessions added to the calendar so they don't drop off the radar?
