I have a colt that has been shrinking for about a week now. I have tested water and every thing seems to be good. Could lighting be a problem? I have a t5ho light and its 6x39 on a 46gal bow and are coming up on being replaced
so thats my first thought. Is there anything else i should look at or for? the rest of the tank looks great. Any help or thoughts would be great.

                              Thanks Eric

What are your parameters? pH, nitrates, nitrites, temp, alk, phosphate, etc? Make any changes lately? What else is in the tank?

Ok I did another test and took my time. The temp is 78,high ph is 8.4 the phosphate is .25 carbonate hardness 125.3 nitrate 0ppm calcium is 460ppm. That's all the tests I have and the test kit is just a API so take that into account.
                      Thanks Eric

Alkalinity is on the high side. CA is on the high end too. What is the magnesium level? Are you dosing? Are the colt's polyps extended? Leathers are pretty hardy so as long as everything else is good, I wouldn't worry much. Lighting could be it but I rather doubt it with the other corals doing fine. If you think it's the lighting, have you thought about moving it? Is it getting too much flow? Is something else too close to it or picking on/at it? Ph and temp are fine.
