Complete 45 gallon saltwater setup for sale - $200

I have not owned this tank very long, I bought it used, have enjoyed it for a short time, and found out that I will have to move in the very near future to a place that will not allow them. I am very new to Saltwater, and have a lot to learn, so please forgive my ignorance.

Here is what is included.

Oceanic 45 gallon aquarium
Wooden cabinet stand.
Current USA lighting system
Tetra Whisper 40 filter
Coralife Protein Skimmer
Stealth heater
Test kits & Food
Handling tools & gloves

The tank contains 30-40lbs of live rock. Clownfish and Yellow Tang are included. The fish are 8 years old and are healthy.

I do know that they tank does have a colony of Bristleworms and it also has Aiptasia, though I think both are at the fixable stage.

Tank and equipment could use some maintenance, but all the equipment is functioning just fine.

I just want to give the fish a good home and not destroy the live rock. If you are interested, please let me know what you might be willing to offer, and I will work with you. If possible, I would like $200 for everything. I live in Cherokee IA

I'm away from my apartment, but I will be back Sunday night and take (and post) pictures, I know the tank is 36 inches wide. I should have taken the pictures... but I usually do things backwards.
