   Sorry..almost complete. It has Leds on it now but they don't go with it at that price. I've got a vho ballast, wiring and sockets to go with it, but the new owner will have to install.
   If you want the LEDs i'll sell the pair for $400. They are Evolutions from Reefkoi.
