Any ideas on getting rid of condensation on the inside of my tank? Thought about removing the acrylic lids and using screen or egg creat

You could try drilling some small holes in the acrylic lids. Otherwise, just remove and replace with one of the two you mentioned. You will have greater evaporation if you use the two other methods though.

Agree with Bill get rid of lids (save them so incase you sale the system) that will be better for your tank in the long run

You can ditch the lids, or if you have jumpers and can't really consider that option and don't want to go with egg crate, mesh, or screening you can just prop the front or back end of the glass up and let the droplets of water slide/roll off of it, if your good you can get it to where it's hardly noticeable of a slant, but just enough so droplets take gravities natural coarse down, off and back into the tank.

The question is whats in the tank...? If you have jumpers removing the lids might not be the best idea. You can shim the front or rear of the tank up by 1/4" and it will pull towards the opposite side. This will help to keep your water levels nominal when compared to pulling the lids right off.

Nothing except some clean up crews and chip starfish. Had a gold head sleep goby but he died after 4 days. Going to build acrylic screen tops.
