Coral haven

    So today my wife wanted to head out to davenport, to get out of the house.... Cool been wanting to check out coral haven out there........ We did a bit of running then stop by , check out the store and have to say, that is A freaking awesome store, the fish and coral are really reasonable price the water looks awesome there is stuff you just don't find at the local stores and after a little chat with the store owner about a blue line angel how he is trying to get it to feed before sending it on its way to his new home, kudos to that.


    Def will be stoping by there again, and hope the oyster clam trick helps with the angel.

    Its definitely worth the drive. Great store and great staff. Its definitely great to have them as club sponsors as well.

    Awesome, I saw that trick on you tube to get regal angels to eat......... That and also it has to be the first fish since regals are so shy.

    Aussie, I missed you by a day because I stopped out there for the first time Sunday. I agree it is a very nice store and Mike was very friendly and helpful. I picked up a Coral Beauty Angle fish, and a couple corals. Not sure I was charge the correct price on one of the corals but I am probably mistaken and will verify that on my next trip out.

    The more things you get the more you realize what questions you should ask and what questions you forgot to ask about your purchases.

    I will be going back for a repeat visit some time.

    Going to have to invent a reason to head to eastern Iowa! The gf would never go for that long of drive for fish, haha.
