Coral Id?

    alright i am one of the worst at iding corals.
    I got this guy from a shop in Minneapolis a while back and cant remember the name.
    it is an ORA coral

    I'm not too good with anything not montipora. So a general stab at an acropora?

    yea i knew it had to be some kind of a acropora

    I suck at pics too!

    it is darker in person too

    i would bet more for a tenius or a pearlberry, the pic on vivid sucks for the tenius but i've owned one for 4 years and they do look like your pic, Waterfowler check out the loripes colony on the bottom of the vivid page it explains itself

    hmm...I see what you mean. Its hard to tell when there grown and photoed under different lighting just looking at a pic. Good eye!
