Can you guys give me some ideas for easy corals for a newbie?

And, does anybody have anything for sale that's something easy?

What do you like? How old is the tank, and what do you have for lighting?

Check out Drs Foster and Smith beginners corals read up on some of them and choose ones that you like. I'm know a lot of those are easily found around here.
The leathers, softies, mushrooms, and polyps are going to be the easiest. LPS I would put next on the list. They do have some beginner SPS in there as well, but I would put off adding any of that until you are successful with LPS and your tank is nice and stable.

Just be careful adding some of the "easy" corals. Sometimes you end up with something that can take over an entire tank and later on down the road you're dreading that you ever added it to your tank when you're trying to eradicate it LOL.

T5 light fixture. Tank started right after Christmas. I have 3 peppermint shrimp, a coral banded shrimp, 2 hermit crabs, 3 trochus snails, and most recently a Banggai Cardinal. I think I spelled that right lol

Depending on the fixture- number of bulbs really- t5s shouldn't have trouble supporting most types of corals. LPS and softies should thrive as long as your water quality is good.

Acans are easy. Blastomussa, montipora cap. Can't go wrong with those with a weekly water change.. Also, read up on Quarantine tanks. Coral keeping is not for the faint of heart where pests are concerned.
