Picking one of these up today from a local club member. I have gone back and forth about what to get. WOuld love and MP40 or two, but just don't have the dough. A couple larger purchases on the horizon and on paper the Coralife unit seems to offer a similar feature set.

I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has had experience with them?

I'm currently using a Coralife CP2900 in my tank and it's performed flawlessly, so I feel like I somewhat know what I'm getting into here.

I would be concerned about the suction cups. No experience with them myself. Not a huge fan of Coralife anything.

The pump I have now has the same suction cup and it's been amazingly sturdy. Has never let go on me. Can even move it around and it stays sucked. I'm hopeful.
