Corals for sale

Hello all,


I have some coral frags I would like to get rid of. I made the decision that I like my livestock better than corals in my current setup. I have seven frags that I am looking to get rid of. They are pick-up only in southeast Cedar Rapids.

Looking for $20 a frag. Didn't mean for anyone to get hostile, geesh!

 

Well, there's actually nothing that says I am "supposed to put a price". It says the sale is at the seller's discretion. Also, it says that integrity and respect is the most important rule. So thanks for running my post and frags down. I appreciate it. How about next time you keep your opinions to yourself. I'm selling them for what I got them at and what I was told they were worth.

 

I will take trades for live rock as well!

 

Running someone's products down on their post is a little disrespectful. And if you're interested you can always just pm me. I put it up last night and have been at work today so I didn't have much time to reply. I'm replying now over my lunch hour. I put the price up. Also looking to trade for live rock. Armydog came on here and ripped them and has been pm'ing me other things as well. I'm not going to keep reading it. If you're interested pm me. Thanks!

 

And where exactly did I say that you were the one that pm'd me first? I just said you pm'd me other things. You need to learn how to read. And where exactly was I wrong about you running down my corals? If you're going to do that why are you even on here? Thanks for ruining my post.

 

No problem Kpotter2. I didn't realize it was going to be that big of a deal. I just don't understand how I'm going to be harassed about the price by Armydog yet it states the most important rule is integrity and respect and he's coming on here ripping my post and pm'ing me even after I asked him to stop messaging me. I do apologize for calling him an ***, although I don't regret it.

I find it a little amusing that this has continued even after I posted the price and also put that I'm willing to trade. I work in marketing and we also have a webpage that is forum-based and run by admins. And if someone screenshot a chain of personal messages into a public forum, no matter what they say, that would be grounds for an automatic ban.

It is quite the marketing strategy to allow one person to break the rules and not the other. It's not exactly a great strategy to bring in new members, or keep the new members that you recently gained. I was about to send in a donation to the site and actually had the check written out, but that will definitely not be happening. I have had a positive overall experience on this board even after this, but Armydog coming on here and doing the things he did definitely soured the experience. And the fact that he's not getting a word said to him is a bit ridiculous. Read the pm's and tell me how that is being respectful or using integrity.

As far as the sale goes, I doubt I'll be able to sell them now that they have been ripped apart publicly by another member. So thanks for that. For someone fresh out of college and new to the hobby willing to send some money in to a public website for others to gain interest and join the hobby to be publicly ridiculed for simply trying to sell something is obnoxious.
