Trade Corals for trade in Cedar Rapids: Small Amount of Exterior Painting

I need some assistance finishing some exterior painting in Cedar Rapids. Quite frankly – I don’t like heights. As you’ll see in the pics below I’m changing color from tan to grey and would like to pay someone to finish the stucco and roofline trim from the middle of the upper windows to the peak. This would be on the two sides pictured. I figured I could either “man up” or pay someone with frags and/or cash. I have a 24’ aluminum ladder, roller, etc. (not professional quality) and if you’re a painter or have better equipment all the better. I would like to get this done this weekend and if I don’t get responses here I’ll look to Craigslist.
