I am setting up my hospital tank (refer to my ICH post[IMG]), and had to take out almost all live rock (put in a bucket with tank watrer for an hour or so) to catch 2 damsels and eel. In the process my anenome let go of the bottom of my tank (with a LITTLE help).  So I took the opprtunity to move him. I just got my first cora l( Colony Polyp, Assorted (Eastern Asia) - Medium. YEAH![IMG]) the other day. I would like to put them in close proximity. I know corals can sting each other. Do anenomes and coral fight? The coral is there temp. I heard it was best to start the coral low in the tank and move up slowly.
    Thanks!![IMG]

Yes. Anemones will sting your corals and can potentially kill it, but since the anemone can move, sometimes it's hard to plan your coral placement. Let your anemone find a happy place, then place corals around accounting for anemone growth. That's what I would do.

Yes, they will fight and the anenome will always win...
