    I need to add to my CUC, as does Terri (Sponge).  Anyone else in the DM area interested in trying to put together a group order?  Blue zoo Aquatics does free shipping at $140.

    I'd be happy to put the order in any time soon.  Mainly right now its a question of whether there is enough interest to reach the $140 mark for free shipping.  Is timing an issue for you?

    Terri - my gosh - what all are you planning to buy?  I'm up for getting the order in tomorrow.  If you have that much you are planning to buy, do you still want to participate in a group buy - and come to Des Moines for pick-up vs doing your own order and shipping to Marshalltown?  Its great for me and the others if you want to participate in the group order (I don't know if we'll hit $140 otherwise), but it may not make sense for you.  Unless you like an excuse to come to Des Moines......
    So - anyone that wants in on the group buy from Blue Zoo aquatics, please send me your info by 3pm on Monday.

    Ok - I might muddy the waters here - but - I just was looking at a previous post and saw that last time we had a group buy for CUC, we ordered from Reeftopia - might be better prices......  Anyone care where we get the order from?  Anyone know whether Reeftopia or BlueZoo Aquatics is better????

    Blue Zoo has free shipping @ $140 vs $120 @ ReefTopia. It appears that the same species of snail is priced quite differently between the 2 vendors. RT has box lots too.  One is Diver direct (RT) in Florida and BZ looks like snail are Eastern Pacific(maybe cooler water?)or Indo-Pacific.  Do they ship directly to the house?  Quality of stock is important...anyone buy from both vendors and noticed a difference in quality(survival, got the number ordered vs more/less than ordered, etc).

    I believe that both ship Fedex directly to the house.  Matt (Ninja) has organized group order before, and I'm sure we've had them from both places.  I think the CUC has been good from both places.

    At a minimum, my order from Blue Zoo is $107.95... I can definitely go higher. For Reeftopia, the minimum would be $45... If there are things people need/want at both vendors, my order at Reeftopia would be $45 and at Blue Zoo $107.95 minimum. If we order just from Reeftopia, my order would come to $81 at a minimum and, if just ordering from Blue Zoo, I would have a minimum of $136.45. As I stated earlier, I wouldn't have a problem getting the free shipping at Blue Zoo. Whatever works for everyone. I can call you Monday afternoon.

    OK - We are going to place this order today at 5pm.  We definitely have an order for Blue Zoo, we might also have enough for an order at Reeftopia, depending on what anyone is interested in.  Sblomgren - please reply on what you would like from Blue Zoo, and/or Reeftopia, is we get enough there.

    We are set for a Wednesday delivery.
    Please send me a phone number so that I can reach you when the order arrives.  Shipment method is Fed Ex overnight - so it is suppose to be here by 10:30.
    Nik & Sblomgern - let me know what works for you - as to your schedule for Wednesday.  I should be here all day, except between 4-6pm.

    Dan - too bad I didn't know sooner, as we could have shifted part of the Blue Zoo order over to Reeftopia.  As it was, we didn't have enough to qualify for free shipping with Reeftopia, so ordered more from Blue Zoo instead.  Sorry.
