This summer was pretty busy, between babysitting tanks, 4 kids, work, etc.  So it took longer than I thought to get my router table done, but it's done, and it's a monster:
With this table, I have the ability to manufacture vessels up to and even slightly longer than 48".  So now that it's done, I'm wanting to get started on a few projects.
If you're saving your money for MACNA, but you know that you are going to want something come October or November when you are financially recovered, now is the time to start thinking about that thing you've always wanted, but didn't want to pay a ton of shipping for.
Remember, Christmas is right around the corner, so spend that week off re-configuring your entire system around your new custom sump!
If you have an idea of something you want, or if you've seen something cool while surfing around but want it made how YOU like it, PM me and I'll see what I can do.
Here's a quick list of projects I would very much like to build:
Algae scrubbers (the reason I started this venture) - CFL, T5HO and LED
    Sumps (48" and slightly larger)
    Nanos & Pico tanks
    Frag Tanks
    Refugiums
    Auto top-off units
    Kalkwasser vessels
    Combination of the above 2
    Overflow boxes
    Frag racks (magnetic & stand-off)
    Adding baffles/dividers to existing equipment
    Hole drilling
    Polishing, buffing, and scratch removal
...and just about anything else you can think of!
I also have drilled holes in glass, and I have some spare glass from old tanks and a glass cutter so I can do baffles in glass tanks also.  As time goes on, I might expand a little more into glass, but I'll stick to acrylic mainly for now.
I'm local, relative to most acrylic fabricators at least, so you can save on shipping by picking it up!
I'm really looking to add projects to my docket, which means you save on overall cost!
    Happy Reefing!
    Bud

Any pics of your work? I don't necessarily have plans for anything but I always love to see things people build. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

Here's an overflow box I built for ThyRaven made from black 1/4" cell cast Plexiglas-G
    [IMG]
I only hosed up one of the teeth.  Pretty good I thought for working without a template (which I didn't have time to finish before making this box)
Rounded corners, hard to see without a flash so this pic doesn't quite do it justice, and I didn't have time to polish it - he needs it today and family was in town this weekend so I was lucky to get it done!

Bud-can you design a magnetic overflow box for a 20 long? tank is already running so just need a chamber to house a heater, intake tube for a hang on filter. not as concerned with width but need the box to be the height of the tank and depth to be about 2.5-3".
    thanks! su
also interested in the magnetic frag racks.

I want to have a bunch of different products on display for Fall Fest. Much of it will be smaller products to give you ideas of what I can do, and a few larger items. However I don't want too many big things built that I may never sell!

If anyone has something they would want to pick up at Fall Fest, I can assist with design and then have it built by then so I can have it on the table for the show, and you can take it home afterwards.

Got a few projects in the works that I will be posting soon. Here's a list of what I'll be building over the next few weeks:

    19" tall 10x9 overflow box
    Sump w/fuge for a biocube
Magnet-held, in-tank fuge/overflow box for HOB (will be showing at Fall Fest)
48" sump similar to "Melev F" (should be showing at Fall Fest)
    Glass Baffles in a 40B
Algae Scrubber for a 72 gallon system
Algae Scrubber enclosure for an existing setup (will show at Fall Fest)
5g ATO / 2g Alk / 2g Cal reservoir (may be at Fall Fest)
    HOB fuge (possibly)
And likely several Algae Scrubbers, at least a few of which will be at Fall Fest

Stay tuned, and if you need something built, I design everything exactly how you want it!

Some work done on the shop recently...
Added this shelf for the acrylic sheets, I can fit my lawn mower under it in the winter and might actually be able to get my car in the garage. I'll take a pic of that when it happens. You'll laugh.
Also added a 240V 20A circuit and receptacle, along with 2 120V 20A duplex receptacles on dedicated circuits.
Now I can run my table saw and shop vac at the same time and not trip the breaker! Actually I can run those, the router, and the air compressor, all at the same time. Yee haw!
