December Tank tour and Holiday party in January?

So I am hoping to get a tank tour together to hold it in December. What dates work well for people? I would like to do it on a Sunday, but we can see what everyone else is up for and also Looking a Holiday party in January. Please give some input into these events dates that would work for you. I would like to get some Dates nailed down by Fall fest.

Any dates in mind?

 

It looks to be a big challenge for me to get this tank Tour together. My busy work schedule and I just interviewed today for a even busier position at work. I also have a son that is on 3 basketball teams and keeps us busy. I first wanted to do the tour on Dec 7th, but its came to my attention that with my daughters birthday the 6th and my son in a Basketball Tournament on the 6th too. I am not sure I can fit it all in. I may need to just put all our energy into the January Xmas Party.

Unless someone else wants to get something going for Dec, but its looking like I maybe out for anything in December. Please let me know your thoughts and hope you all understand. I say lets have a big Xmas party and every one bring something to exchange(Saltwater Related) and a good picture of their tanks to and will do a price for the best tank that way. Please please let me know your thoughts. I can't do this with out you all.
