Diablo III

I've been a beta tester for it.. pretty fun. I get it for free since I renewed my WoW subscription for a year so I'll definitely be playing it once it goes live.

 

Can't afford WoW anymore and I've been waiting such a long time for Diablo III that I gave up on it and have moved back to Enemy Territory and I doubt there is a linux version for Diablo anyway

 

Same here with the beta and WoW. Looks like a solid game.

 

I work at a network integrator in Des Moines. We're literally thinking of closing for the day because everyone will want to play.

 

I didnt do the 1 year sub for wow to get the free diablo but I am considering getting it. Just have not been a fan of non MMO games for sometime is what is holding me back.

 

So diablo isn't a mmo? I haven't played any of the Diablo games. I'm kinda hooked on Starwars right now lol

 

i plan on buying it, will kill the boredom in some of my classes lol

 

The original Diablo was probably my first love as far as video games go. I had fun with D2 for a while. I jumped on the WOW wagon after it had been out for four years...wish I had tried it sooner...feel like I wasted a few years. I will most likely will play Diablo III. I've been waiting so long, it really caught me by surprise when I heard the news.

 

I think I'm going to get this. What calss is everyone thinking about playing? I'm thinking I'm going to go with the Voodoo Witch Doctor they look like lots of fun!

 

I finally went out and got diablo 3 last night and it is addicting.

 

I'm not playing Diablo, but I'm back to playing WoW for the time being. I'm on Gilneas if anyone's playing there and wants to run around sometime.

 

While I am not on your server I just got my beta invite

 

It took me a few weeks, but I made it through all acts on normal difficulty with my first character. I think I will take him through again on the next difficulty level and try out a different companion. After that, we'll see. I thought Diablo III was a good continuation in the Diablo series. There seemed to be a lot of repeat/back story early in the game...a little deja vu, and I thought the acts got progressively better through the game.

I've been thinking about getting back on WOW this month since I need the July brew to complete the brew of the month on my main character. I'm also curious to see what's changed in the last year or so since I've been away. I'm on Dalaran.

Gilneas eh?  I was on Gilneas from launch until about 2010.
As to Diablo 3.  It isn't nearly the game the first 2 were, but it is still pretty fun and my 4 year old thinks it is great.  So I get some father-son bonding time and my wife can't yell at me for playing video games.  Kind of a win/win there!
