I would not dose anymore until, things are under control.

When I had a similar outbreak caused by simialr circumstances I did a large water change and vacumed the sand. The fresh saltwater, combined with disturbing my sand provided enough nutrients and minerals to cause an explosion of the brown stuff (it got much worse after water change).
In hindsight I should have just left it alone to run its course, which it eventually did after 3-4 weeks.

the 2 little fish reactor with doctor Tim's npx worked for me , I fought with the same problem for over a month it helps , also did like 15 gallon water changes every 2 days before that I went through 200 gallons of salt mix on a 75 in 1 month and was vodka dosing it would be fruit punch red I do a water change get yellow by second day orange by third day red , add the 2 fish reactor with the pellets also upgraded the pump I did not like the 1 that came with it and started using fossil lock nitrate levels Ben 0 every sense :),, if you can't find the problem try to find something to neutralize it , they're supposed to be natural ways but I found chemicals work faster
