   I did the paypal sign up on the web site, but still seem locked out.  Do I need to wait for an admin to do something or did I screw up and I should do it again?

   Did you get a confirmation from PayPal?
   Did the funds transfer?
   I signed w/PayPal and was able to get on immediately.
   If the transaction looks like it processed, I would contact JB or someone.
