Just like all SPS, there's difference between acro's and mille's. My strawberry shortcake was 6" away and had lots of polyp extension, but the mille? nope :) Could be that any "sweet spot" is already taken up with another coral. But the lady says I'm not allowed to upgrade to a bigger tank until I get a bigger house :(

I agree with you 100% Jeremy:) SPS's do not like to be moved/touched and definitely like stability!!! A small increase in PO4 for a short time can set a/some sticks back for 3 months or longer. Bugs-not so much liked by any coral:eek: My Citron goby loves to sit on the acro's (as most gobies do) and I'm thinking of moving him to my frag tank as I know he's making my sticks unhappy (as well as my clam)! Love the little fellow.......but! lol Some Milli's just are not as hairy as others(genetics). Also, some sticks are ID'd as Milli's when in fact they are not.

    Buy a bigger house :D

Yeah - most everyone that gets frags of it from me get great extension in their tanks. It just never has for me. Although at the tank tour a year or so ago, Chris's (Fence) girlfriend took some pics and with a real close up look one could see some polyp extension. But to my naked eye, I don't see anything.
