DIY Cheato Reactor

    So I forgot to take pics last week but I have been trimming this every week down to a golf ball size amount of cheato. Seems after the first trimming it has been growing faster and thicker. Im kinda surprised a bit lol.

    I took a pic of todays trimming and what I take it down to will post a pic Tuesday when I get back from KC

    So the cheato moved up the reactor from the flow through it but it has definitely grown

    Just tested nitrates are down to 10 from 25 and phosphates are down from .15 to .09.

    Not gonna lie Im pretty excited about that lol

    does it freely move about in there, or does the design just allow the water to flow through everything better?

    It stays in one place and water flows through it. The pump Im using is a sicce 1.0

    Yes its cyano and nope its not in the DT
