DIY Frag Tank

    Ok i've been putting together a DIY frag tank for the last cuple weeks and im almost done just need some ideas for lighting. I was thinking par38s. The tank is shallow about 8" to 10" tall holds about 10 gallons and running a sump. Now if i do run pars how high off the water sould i be i dont want to kill anything or if anyone has an idea let me know
