DIY LEDs or store bought LED’s to replicate the Neptune Lunar Simulator.

I recently bought a Aquacontoller Jr and would like to replicate the Neptune Lunar Simulator since they are no longer available for the Aqaucontroller Jr. My hood would accept the 4 pods LED’s just like the Neptune version. I would like them dimmable. No experience with LED’s or wiring. Lots of knowledgeable people of this forum so I am looking for suggestions.
