Rapid led. buy cree LEDs don't believe people if they tell you that lexions from Steve's LEDs are better cause there not they have about 25% less par then crees and I know this cause of have identical led setups of both run at the same voltage and the crees are better. for heat sinks I love makers heat sinks you can buy them from ledgroupbuy.com

I bought from http://www.aquastyleonline.com/ and they carry Bridgelux LED and Epileds. I bought the Bridgelux and I am happy with them. If you have the money about 2 to 3 times the amount to buy Cree then so be it. I use MakersLED and they are great Heatsinks for the money and what you get.

Bridgelux is 10-15% less efficient per watt per diode compared to cree. While cree is 40-70% cree more expensive. I read that somewhere I think and don't quote me on it but Bridgelux are much more brighter to ones Eye then Cree. This is why they my be more efficient.

Here is a picture of my 14 Led Nano kit. 7White and 7 Royal blue.

I guess it depends on a few factors. I am going fish only, so the Bridgelux from AquaStyle were great. Easy to work with, came quickly, and were priced a lot easier on my wallet than the CREEs. If you are going with a large tank and lots of coral, then you might be better suited with the higher output CREEs since you need great water penetration at increased depths of larger tanks. You will have to pay more for the CREEs, but there will be no doubt in your mind that you are getting the most powerful commonly available LED out there.
