I haven't been on much lately, so I just hear about this.

Really sorry to hear about this BigD. It really sucks when bad things happen to good people.

    Get well soon!

If you need some frags to get that big tank going, I'll fix you up!

    Things to do while recovering:

    • Watch The Price Is Right every day. Just like you did when you were a kid and stayed home sick.

    • Watch every episode of the LA Fishguys.

    • Become an artist. Use that pain, man, use it.

    • Think of ever-more complex ways to incorporate an aquarium into every room in your house. This includes the attic.

    • Mix and burn some CDs containing music themed around how you feel and what you're going through, and send them to your friends. Except me, I had a GF once that did that so it'll remind me of her and I'll chuck it.

    • Look up some of those terms that Andy the Reef Guy uses in his posts and become more fluent in the technical terms surrounding the physiology of different fish and what not.

    • Watch "Maury" and see if you can guess who is the baby daddy. Keep track of your results.
    • Start a blog.
    • Post videos of your recovery process on YouTube and see how many people claim to have blown chunks after watching them.
    • Become a starting contest champion.
    • Learn Origami.  Or just make paper airplanes.  But really, really cool paper airplanes.
    • Immediately after taking morphine, start brainstorming & speed writing, write everything down that you can possibly think of and don't stop writing.  Keep doing this until you literally pass out.  When you wake up, read it and realize exactly how f-d up you were.
