I have 85 pounds of Marco dry rock for my 125 gl set up. I dont have to cure that do I? Whats the best way to seed your tank with out adding anything bad to it? Place the live rock in the sump?

Yes you do. Watch this video...

You can use this starter bacteria...

or you can get a cup or two of sand from an established tank

    Right from marcos website "
However you will find our Key Largo rock 100% free of organics or "pre cured" this makes it safe to tank in an established system without fear of an ammonia spike."

Personally, I would still cure the rock and cycle it at the same time. If it truly has less organic material on the rock, it will simply cycle faster.

I put 100lbs of the dried key largo in my tank a little over a month ago and had no change in any of my parameters.
