Dubber`s in-wall 29 gallon

quite a few updates

• Bought a 29 gallon to upgrade this tank to. Something I should have done in the first place but thought at the time a 20 Long was the route I wanted to go. When I sit at my desk it looks ok, but I yearn for the extra height of the 29.
• Plans are to plastidip the back black, drill for an overflow, and re silicone it to black
• Ordered 12/27 Glassholes 700gph overflow kit, glassholes 3/4" locline split return kit, black silicone from BRS
• Purchased a YWG on 12/26 that is now in QT.
• Purchased an ATO kit from autotopoff.com and set that up but my pump was toast so I need to go pick up a cheap maxijet at Petco this week.

Upped her to the 29 this past weekend. Kept me busy most of the day saturday.


Stripped the 29's clear silicone and did black silicone from BRS a couple weeks ago






Drilled, painted with Plasti Dip and installed the overflow/return kit.

I guess I need to get smaller images, they are shrunk down and look funny!

 

The ones at the top are armor of god and the bottom ones are flaming horizons

I got some really great news this week. Nick from BuildMyLed contacted me to test out their newest 20k 3 channel dimming fixture! I don't have a date yet when the prototypes are being built but I get to test one of the first ones and I'm totally excited!
