ECOTECH GREAT TO DEAL WITH

So last night i noticed that on one of my vortech mp40s the wet side was vibrateing really bad and the whole wet side was turning. I took it apart and their was a bunch of plastic shaveings in it and the bushings were junk. This pump is only six months old. I called Ecotech and told them what was going on, they said no problem we will send me a new one right away. Now most places would have wanted to see it before they could warranty it. They want the old one back an the sn so they know if its a batch they had problems with or if its a problem they need to look into. Either way that is the way companies should treat their customers. At the end of the conversation they thanked me for letting them know abought the problem and was sincere abought it. Great products and great service.
