Electricians in the Waterloo area???

I have owned this house for for nearly 4 years now and have always had major problems with the electricity.  My wife can't run a hair dryer or vacuum for more than a couple minutes before the breaker flips.  The worst part about it is the breaker is located in the crawl space which is total PITFA to get too.  The other panel (main) looks like it's like 100 years old and is completely full.  I am looking for a good qualified electrician to replace my service panel and hopefully do away with all these problems.
Can anyone recommend a person or company in the Cedar Valley area?  I hate combing the yellow pages because I never know who I can trust.
