I have a large emerald crab that took up a spot right behind a bta in my tank.
as I tried to feed the bta the crab was picking at and eating the food from the bta.
it looked as if he was picking apart the bta.
Should I be worried if so what can I do the crab is able to back up to where I am unable to reach him?
    Thanks for info and help.

My emerald crab hangs out under my bta's tentacles all the time but never picks at it. I tend to not feed my bta when the crab is right there just wait a bit till he is off on his own just to be safe and not have him try to grab from the bta. I am usually lucky and the normal feeding time the crab is usually out and about. I feed my bta around twice a week roughly on average.
