Help!! Emergency apex

    Come home to find my apex has crashed. Over the last month on 2 separate occasion my apex has decided to go on the fritz and try to restart itself till I unplug everything and start it back up. Well I just got home to a dead system. Unplugged it all. Main unit lights up green but the eb8s status flash orange.

    I have never had that problem. But sounds like the brain part is screwing up.
    Have you tried to search on the Neptune's Apex Support Forum?

    Thankfully buku has been putting up with me. I took the brain and display to try and reset it but can't even get the display to light up.

    I just sent mine in for repair they do offer an option to get a 2nd brain unit for a discount while they work on yours. and then u would always have a spare as well.

    I was able to speak with a representative and he wanted me to try some reset firmware first. Now just waiting on that. Currently trying to make water so I can get the fuge and sump going. Luckily enough fired back up to keep the dt alive, cold but alive.
