    Oh, I just now paid attention that this is on the general Des Moines forum.  I believe that the equipment loan program is for GIRS members only.   Correct me if I'm wrong.
    So, there are 231 registered users on the GIRS website in the Des Moines area.  There are only @65 GIRS members in the Des Moines area.
    I looked and only GIRS members have voted on this topic.

    How does one get to use something like this?
