Fall Fest Speakers Videos

    I was so bummed that I couldn't make it to Fall Fest this year as I'm sure other Members are too that couldn't make it/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/sad.gif. One consolation for those of us who couldn't make it is the videos of the Speakers/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif It was money well spent when the Club purchased the AV equipment so when can we expect the Speakers' videos to be posted?

    Just wanted to clarify, the club never purchased AV recording equipment. We purchased equipment for the live presentations. Jeremy (Waverz) has been kind enough for the last few years to record some of the speakers with his own equipment and dedicate his time to getting them available for us. He no longer has the time to do this and I can't say I blame him one bit.

    Live presentations, I guess I don't understand Joe. Anyway, thanks for the clarification. Sorry, my bad!

    Maybe we should consider a designated AV person for our events. I say this because I see the videos as another perk for Club Members as the Speakers' presentation over the years have been very informative and a great resource. I refer to them every now and then when I need some info/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

    I think live presentations means speakers, mics, projector, etc, for the time of the presentation.

    There was a designated person and it was me. I've been doing the job since pretty much the first Fall Fest.

    While it's not a whole lot of work for me to do, being expected to HAVE to do it for EVERY show became a chore.



    Also, for what it's worth I still haven't uploaded the speakers videos from the last 2 fest's and no one really seemed to give a **** so I've decided to quit doing it.
