February 26th Scavenger Hunt!

    Please join us in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area on Saturday, February 26th at 1:00 when we will be doing our first annual reef-themed scavenger hunt!
    We will start at Anemones, Clowns and Corals in Washburn, IA and split up in teams(5 or so) with a list of items to take pictures of. Rules will be explained prior to starting. There will most likely be a time limit of 2 hours or so. Each member of the team with the most items found will win a prize!
    This event is for GIRS members only, so make sure you're up to date on your membership! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

    Date: February 26th
    Place: Anemones, Clowns, & Corals
    7112 La Porte Rd
    Washburn, IA 50702
    If you have any questions, please ask! Remember, the more people the better! We would really like to see some new faces for these events!

    The prizes are secret! Haha, I'm just messing, we haven't decided yet. Probably gift certificates to each winner or something.

    I'll try to make it. Sounds fun. Only problem is that it's the same day as the first meeting of the IC / CR area.

    Bill, you could always bring in a whole bunch of corals for the store to make it worth your trip!

    Had a great time and lot of fun at the scavenger hunt today. Thanks Craig and Adam for putting it on. Will have to do it again when the weather gets warmer. Check the photos out
