Recently I bought Red Sea's Reef Energy A & B. Its a formulation of carbohydrates, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and I don't know what else. Its listed a a complete coral nutrition. I'm dosing it on a daily basis. If I dose this on a daily basis, does it mean that I have no need for say BRS Reef Chili? If I also fed Reef Chili, or other phtyoplankton a couple days a week ..... would that be double feeding?

I also purchased KZ Amino acid concentrate. They recommend dosing that daily. It makes sense that I would not want to dose BOTH amino acids on the same day. But I guess I have the same question - if I am dosing KZ Amino acid, would I still need/want to feed with Reef Chili?

    Thanks!

    Think of it this way.

There are vitamins that will give you 100% of your daily nutritional needs. Does that mean you wouldn't have to eat if you took that daily pill?
