   I'm thinking about making one I can hang on the wier plate leading into the return pump only to catch detrius when cleaning. I Love the customization that can be done with these systems

   I had sock holders built into my sump. I have used them in the past, but I would always forget to change them out and clean them. They definitely keep the crap out of the sump though. Amazing how dirty they can get in just a few days.
