Fin Rot?

    I currently have a bicolor psuedochromis.  I just noticed that its fins are starting to almost detiriorate...  It doesnt have any spots on his body but he has a little "thing" by his mouth that he is constantly rubbing against the glass... 
    I know theres something wrong with him.  Nothing is wrong with the other fish. 
    Possible treatments??
