Came into the office this morning and noticed my tank was already turned on and fish were performing.  Then I realized it was 8am and the timer doesn't kick on till 9am.  Then after a very short contemplation I remember that I had an early patietn yesterday morning and manually switched the lights of without reversing them back to the timer later.  Yadda Yadda Yadda, after 24 hours of 350w MH baking my 47g tall and raising the temp to 90 it looks like i just lost one fish (sorry bill, the pink ath. is gone) and maybe a few snails but everything else seems to be temperate.  Lights have been off and cap has been off all day and finally 8 hours later it is back to my normal temperture.  Just a word to learn from, DON"T FORGET TO SWITCH YOUR TIMER BACK ON!

my frag tank light was on for nearly 2 weeks, all the coral in it was totally bleached or dead, most of it came back after about a month, i did the same thing as you, put the timer on manual and forgot to switch it back, if only i was using Reef Traker instead of Aquanotes.

I've never heard of Reef Traker. Compatible with AC3 controllers?

I was some software Joel was working on, it worked pretty well, i just never re-installed it after a format.
The coolest thing about it so far is the timers, rather than just have an auto/manual option you can turn something on manual for a set period of time, then it goes back to auto.
    Heres a link  http://reeftrakker.com/

Yup Reeftrakker supports the AC3, use it everyday. Haven't made any changes to it in a year, but I use the manual timer feature Jeremy mentioned all the time.
