I was looking at setting up a 90 cube aggressive tank. How much flow would one need for such a tank.

Whoa! That's a lot IMO... MP 40's should be more than enough IMO... What fish do you plan to have?

You still need to have decent flow.

One, you need to keep enough flow to keep all the detritus suspended until your filtration can remove it.

Two, your fish need the current to keep strong & healthy. We have all seen fish "ride" the current from powerheads & return pumps, they do that for a reason.

I currently have 1 mp 40 and a Tunze 6055 on my 60 rimless.Would I need both of these powerheads? Right now I feel that the two of them are almost overkill on my current system which is 36x18x20. I keep both of them turned way down to keep them from flowing over the top. New tank is going to be 93 gallon Rimless cube.Dimensions are 30x30x24.

I dropped my current down to 2 500 gph powerheads, and I think my fish are much happier
