So I've been looking around online and see all kinds of foods I can put in the tank to feed these corals I just got started with.  What do you folks use or recommend or do you let nature take care of them?  I bought an established tank with frog spawn, a polyp, and mushrooms.  Also I have two chormis's which I'm going to feed Rod's Food.  Thanks for any help and sorry for all the posts at once.  Just so many questions.........

If you're feeding Rod's, I'd say you're all set....just squirt a little into your frog spawn and you're done. The mushrooms and polyps shouldn't need anything else special.

+1 with Bob. Rods Reef is all you need. I add a little flake food and cyclopizee to my Rods just to spice it up for the fish.

Yea I usually just mix a couple foods together. I use alot of mysis and Cyclopizees and the some reef chili. The best stuff for LPS is hands down FAUNA MARIN LPS food which is sold by cherry corals.
