   not the threads themselves but  like the sections. ill read them and go back, refresh and they are still marked as being unread threads. ill look and  the threads are marked as being read.

   This is happening because I just adjusted the time zone on the server. It will correct itself shortly.

   I don't know what the "Get New" button on RC does (it doesn't work for me), but you might try the "Active Topics" link that's located in the bar at the top of the forum.
