Pedal laceration, is the best bet. Anty time a mushroom (rhicordia) moves it will leave a small chunk of its foot which will grow into another mushroom. You can tease the mushroom for a couple days and it should move. Keep flow low for it to reattach. If you want to risk it you can try sniping at the stalk. But you do risk killing it. In either case you can also use some mesh to hold it down on a new rock.

As far as the Kenya tree use sharp scissors in a single cutting motion at a joint preferably two inches from the top of the base of the highest branch. Use a rubber band to pin the cutting to a rock. Not too tight. If your tanks under 50 gallons without carbon do softie dragging I another tank/bin.

You can take a sharp razorblade and cut through the "mouth " of the shroom to frag it....works best when the shroom is on a flat, even surface/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif Kenya tree usually drops pieces of it. If not, just give it a gentle shake and you'll have plenty of smaller branches for frags. Bridal veil works well for both shrooms and trees. For ease, I just put a bunch of rock rubble in a dish in the tank (low flow) and they will attach within a couple/few days. There are probably videos of how on you tube...
