I have a 75 gallon reef tank that is nearly 4 years old.
It contains about 70 pounds of live rock well encrusted with
numerous colonies of orange, blue, and green zooanthids, blue mushrooms, orange and blue ricordia,
several colonies of pulsating pink xenia.
Also a large mushroom coral (green) and an enormous hammer coral I've had to crop back a couple times!
Stony corals include blue acropora, a green Bali Slimer, beautiful red montipora and a Marshal Islands Lanterna just beginning
to encrust the live rock it's on!
A small cat's eye coral and a medium size watermelon open lobed brain coral round out my collection.
The tank itself, along with the stand and any and ALL equipment you wish to take you are welcome to. I have never had
any disease or problems with this tank....once it was balanced it has needed little attention.
Fish include 9 green chromis, a clown fish, a flame hawkfish, an 8 line wrasse from Australia numerous snails,
a large sand sifter sea cucumber, a large squamosa clam and a smaller derasa with vivid blue/green markings.
I live in Forest City, Iowa which is about 15 miles west off of Interstate 35 just north of Mason City and south of the Minnesota border. I am about 120 miles from Des Moines
and about the same distance from Waterloo and Cedar Falls area.
I'm not interested in packing all of the tank up and SENDING it by post or UPS to someone....way too expensive.
If you or someone you know is interested in setting up a tank for free ( or nearly so) please let them know. I can forward a movie of the tank
    or some still pictures.
I will pay you  a maximum of $250.00 for mileage/time/effort if you could give my animals a safe home. Thank you!

Someone got a heck of a deal!

Thanks for your post John. You came to the right place. There's a great member community to encourage and help members take good care of their reef tanks.
