FREE Drop-In Chiller

I got this chiller from a member here at MACNA. It was used, but it worked.
The good:Probe is ice coldFairly compact (easily fit underneath the biocube stand)Removes 4 degrees F of heat out of a BC 29 in ~154/5 of the time it works great (see below)
The Bad:1/5 of the time this thing is rattling more than an unbalanced washing machine. It is literally MOVING in the stand. From what I read, this could be a bad compressor or it might just need recharging? When it is doing its dance, all the lights on the circuit dim. I am no electrician, but I don't think this is a good/safe thing.
Anyway, I don't know much (anything) about these units and the seller was kind enough to give me a full refund so I figured I'd see if anyone thinks they can make use of this or fix it before it gets taken to the dump. This will be a first come, first served basis. Come get it. Any time works for me. If I am not home I can either leave it by the back sliding glass door or in the garage (and I'd give you the entry code so long as to promise not to steal the Ferrari!)
