Well, there are cases where the health and well being of the other fish come into play...if one fish is killing another, something has to give. It sounds like that's the case here...but when it was said that the current owner could hold onto it for a couple of weeks, then offering it to the first person to show up...not cool. Also, Kyro is offering it for someone else, and that person may have changed their mind on the conditions, we can't jump to conclusions.  When you give someone your word, that should be as good as a contract. Just my 2¢.

yes i have to say that i did pass on him after talking to him , sry i should of posted it so its who ever talks to him and gets the info , I just didnt need a bully that big in the tank sry for not responding back ...

I thought it seemed cold as well as the majority of people and you might not of posted a reply but also was not first reply. Aj posted a very civil response and couldn't of been nicer. Anyone who has ever delt with aj knows he is overly nice and very trust worthy. I also won't lie I thought about posting a reply and trying to get it that night when found out it was first come then thought that seemed wrong even for a ******* like me. And your last sentence could be taken offensive by aj as I know I thought it was and think a proper apology should be given. Most people know how I feel about alot of people here and how alot of times its cause their hypocritical stuck up assholes but hey most people know I'm a foul mouth piece of trash. I am overly honest and won't sugar coat most things. I promise if I would of posted the response instead of aj the topic would of been locked already like I'm sure it soon will be

Wow all this over a fish.. I have read through this entire post and for the life of me can not see how it has evolved into what it has become. I believe the fish is gone so there is no reason to continue this thread. Kyro if that is not the case you are welcome to make a new thread but I would ask that you post the terms be it first come first serve or whatever the situation may be.
